Our role is to provide the current status and proper control of aircraft records with respect to repetitive checks, airframe heavy checks, engines, Landing Gears and APU shop visits, Airworthiness Directives (AD) and all modifications.

The technical records management should also focus on: Total years in service/ calendar time/ flight hours/ cycles. Date of the last inspection/check. Current status of life-limited parts for engines, L/Gs and all required components.  Current status and records maintaining of the following including dirty finger prints, Airworthiness directives. Service Bulletins Corrosion Prevention and Control Programs. A list of major structural alterations; The approved data used. Current aircraft status with compliance with the maintenance program. Proper records retention system (electronic and papers) with back up system
